  Refund and Return

  We do not offer any return. Replacement will be done only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent. Buyers will have 24 hours after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for replacement. In rare cases where the same product is not available, we’ll offer a refund. Replacement/Refund is only acceptable if the customer makes a short video of the product unboxing (without editing) and send the video at the time of raising replacement/refund request. Complaints will not be entertained without unboxing video of the parcel.
