We do not offer any return. Replacement will be done only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent. Buyers will have 24 hours after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for replacement. In rare cases where the same product is not available we’ll offer a refund.
Replacement/Refund is only acceptable if the customer makes a short video of the product unboxing (without editing) and send the video at the time of raising replacement/refund request. Complaints will not be entertained without unboxing video of the parcel.
- Opening video should show the complete parcel from all 4 sides with original packing.
- It should be complete, uncut, without a pause and show parcel opening from start till end of taking the product out from parcel.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order an e-mail to email@example.com mentioning your order ID. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
A refund will be provided in form of reverse payment which will reflect in your account by which the payment was done. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
